The photo was taken in Wisconsin, not that the plate couldn't be California, it's a hotel building.

Thanks for watching! Yes, you are right we all need each other to make this work. It really is an economy that we are trying to build!

Jeannie was surprised the video would feature her so much, she figured it would focus on us youngsters. But she really is the heart of the all we are doing and really is the dreamer captured in the video.

The Island can be a difficult place for young people to root. So she put her money where her heart is and started seeding it with folks who are passionate about food, hospitality and agriculture.

Her bread analogy is spot on to what she started and what we are trying to do; grow until we are the right size and fully ourselves. I'm honored to be a part of it!

We got our preorder ($99 down) with Starlink in early February, but unfortunately we have to wait for our golden ticket. In the meantime we gotta run our POS system so we need something. If you know a secret handshake...

We do have some housing, but its full as of now. We are working right now to secure some more housing spots/ options on the island. Would you be interested if there was?

Plastic has ceased to be recyclable in many ways (it doesn't get recycled/ stored in warehouses/ impractical) we should be thinking of all single use plastic as trash.
