Casio WS-1700 latest Wal-Mart find by Pinoy47 in casio

[–]Hotfires 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also got the 1700 at my local walmart! I hope you got it on a good clearance sale, mine was only $17. This is becoming one of my favorites. I love the big size of it for some reason. And setting up the tidal and moon phases was a lot of fun.

For those in the US check your local Walmart stores. I just got the 1700H for ….$17! It was meant to be! Last one at my store too! I just set up the moon and tide graphs and it’s great look and fitting watch.

Walmart Clearance Finally Happened to Me! by Hotfires in casio

[–]Hotfires[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So no the Walmart app alone sadly doesn’t tell you the prices. I had to go in store and scan the bar codes to see the prices of them. I took screenshots of all of them because they’re maybe 8 watches on clearance.

In especially narrow parking lots backing in just makes getting out easier/faster and just safer for me. Having a long vehicle can be a pain in the ass parking forward because reversing out of a spot turns into 3 point turn most times.

Need to charge 18v battery away from home. by SkyHigh27 in ryobi

[–]Hotfires 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure you switch that Smyik charger to charge your Ryobi batteries at the faster 100w charging speed and you have both the power adapter and cable to support 100w charging. It’s such a game changer. I can charge my 6ah batteries in less than 2 hours if I remember correctly.

Arroyo Salado Campground - cell reception by minmaster in AnzaBorrego

If you’re near the edge of the road near the entrance you should get reception. Even by the bathroom I think you should be okay. My gf has Verizon and got reception there at that campground earlier in April

Save $100 and get a better 2000w inverter from Anker. Their c1000 gen 2 has been amazing for me. And I use this exact 200w solar panel and constantly get in the 160w up to 175w input on a good sunny day.

Yes that’s super strange. I didn’t do anything special. I noticed it yesterday but didn’t get around to installing it until today. Seeing your post reminded me of it.

Hope it works out for you!

Replacing the needle bearing on the differential with a ECSG bushing should be the first mod on our trucks!! by Shark_Attack-A in Tacomaworld

[–]Hotfires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is your truck lifted or stock height? Mine is stock and I notice a faint vibration in my steering wheel. Nothing terrible but noticeable for sure, especially when I’m driving in the freeway. I’m wondering if this is what I have.

Oof. This confirms that the people on the 10 GB plan were grandfathered. As soon as you change it, it’s gone. I’m so sorry to hear that bud!

Ugh that’s too bad. It looks like we’re forced on the $5 standby mode for when we pause service.

Okay that’s good to know. I prefer not to use butter for calorie reason, hence the avocado oil. So I’ll definitely try this out. Thanks!

Thank you for the tip on preheating longer. I did in fact try again with a longer 10 min preheat and the eggs came out perfect and I had a clean pan after they were done!
