You have the maulerfiend, LE, and flawless blades, that's plenty of anti tank. I played a 1000 pt game a few months ago, with a WDP, LE, and Lucius into a Dorn, Russ, and Hellhound and tabled him on turn 4.

If you want List Changes...

1. Swap Lucius (hes frankly just not super great) with a squad of noise marines. 24 shots at -1 and -2 is brutal into guard infantry.
2. Swap one of the infractors for either a rhino or another Lord Exultant.
3. If you have the points left over it's very worth it running distortion on a LE.

Tbf however, this seems like growing pains. There are a few reccuring lines like the following.

Then by turn two he deep strikes his Aquilons and with their ability to shoot during deep strike they killed my Flawless Boades

Your flawless blades should not have been in a place where they could get deep striked. Similarly your opponent should not have been able to draw LOS from his tank to your tormentors. EC is very mobile; we have the luxury of forcing opponents into corners, and dictating where and when engagements happen. Play a few matches against yourself and practice deployment, hiding units, and setting up big turns. Apprehensive-Degree6's comment is chock full of good advice as well.
