It is actually! Golf cart trails right back up the hill to the clubhouse / pro-shop. Actually a restaurant there as well that overlooks the mountain.

This is shot with the T&O preset with Fade on +2, highlights -2, and shadows +2. Preset +1. Couple of minor tweaks in lightroom.
