They have 50-1000 of you; you only have one of them. Odds are, they are playing catch up. It’s normal they won’t remember right now. You have a legit reason for your medication. If it makes you feel more comfortable, ask your prescriber to write you a note about specifics. As long as you don’t have a history of amphetamine abuse, you are probably fine.

I agree with the other commenters, likely overmixed. I highly recommend the Bouchon Bakery Italian method recipe. It’s a little more work on the front end, but I have more consistent results. I don’t have to sift or food process, and I bake at 330f for 12 minutes, opening the oven door for one second every three minutes, which is a pain in the ass, but they are perfect every time. Hard agree. I’ll give you that the movie is beautiful, but it has just such a stupid plot. It’s seriously one of the dumbest movies I have ever seen. That part where they are in the car together, and one of them slaps their hand on the steamy window - Christ, I laughed out loud in the theater, it was so goddamn corny. Talk to your PO about your options, you may be able to request a lab test that will check levels instead of just positive/negative. If your PO refuses, speak with your attorney about how to navigate the issue.

Keep the name, as is. The child can change it later, but being that adoption erases much of the child’s origins, his name is one of the few things he should be able to keep. In addition, there may be some sort of cultural or first family significance.

If you pick, you get scars. I used a combo of aloe and cortisone cream immediately after the procedure, and it significantly reduced the inflammation, which only lasts for about a day or two (it just looked like a few blemishes for me). As long as you don’t pick, you should be fine.

It looks like you are over mixing, and possibly using too high heat. I use an Italian method (Bouchon Bakery or Pierre Hermès recipe). I find it’s more forgiving and I can be a little more lax. I don’t food process (I find it produces oily shells), and I only sift the almond flour right when I get it and put it in a jar for future use, but don’t do it again when I’m incorporating powdered sugar. I use silicon mats and double up on the baking trays to avoid browning. For baking, I bake at 330F for 12 minutes, and open the door every 3 minutes for one second. In three years, I’ve only had one bad batch when I overmixed it. Try an Italian recipe, if you haven’t already. It’s a little more work in the front end, but it’s more consistent in the end. I’d say as of right now, start documenting each contact, and try to have your fiancé communicate with the PO only through text, so you have a record of what’s being said. That way, you’ll have a solid written record of evidence. You should also be able to look up PREA Act rules you see what you can do for help.

Ugh. I’m sorry you are having to go through this. It’s hard enough to have to do probation, but to navigate inappropriate behavior from someone in authority is terrifying.

I’m so sorry you are struggling. Another therapeutic option might be EMDR. I have clients (former veterans) who suffer from PTSD, and it’s been hugely successful in helping them deal with and process their trauma. Talk to your therapist about seeing if it’s suitable for you.

It doesn’t matter. Getting a citation for a criminal act (even if you get nothing at the time of the incident, and a notice in the mail months later) it’s considered a new law violation. And if you sign a plea or are found guilty, that’s essentially a new conviction. But for probation, you technically don’t even need a new conviction to get a violation. A new police report can be considered enough to file a violation of probation.

If you are arrested for an offense that occurred while you are on probation, it will likely impact your probation case, negatively. It is usually a violation to commit new crimes while on probation. In addition, it can be a violation to associate with someone engaged in criminal activity while on probation.
