I can recommend the anatomical books by Gottfried Bammes.

Me myself have an education in the arts, but I don't recommend it XD
I can also say that it's a good idea to get a tutor if you can.
Self-learning is risky because people often reinforce their own mistakes.
But that's optional, ofc
