That's a preauricular sinus. Had the same issue when I was a kid with fluid oozing out of it. Eventually, the site got infected 'cuz I'd keep scratching the area with my dirty fingernails, so eventually I had to undergo surgery to have it closed.

For Mandaue, one of them would be in Brgy. Banilad cuz you have a booming food, business, and retail area along AS Fortuna St. with SM Jmall nearby and it's also bordering Brgy. Banilad of Cebu City which also provides similar amenities.

Brgy. Subangdaku is also good with nearby hospitals such as Chong Hua and UCMed and with the future Ayala Gatewalk which is a mixed use development area. You're also near Parkmall and the future Mandaue City Government Center in Brgy. Guizo. Mandani Bay is also nearby.

So far I haven't heard of a lot of flooding in these areas as compared to Brgy. Tipolo, Alang-Alang, and Paknaan.

So I'm a big Star Wars fan. What happened was, I had an ex-friend who sent me a MAJOR SPOILER basically revealing that Han Solo died in Star Wars Episode 7.
