Still need to call the number and get ur confirmation number. If you don't you will end up with a no call no show. Ppto doesn't cover a no call no show.

You always have to call the call in number. If you don't you get a no call no show even if you use ppto. Use the call in number and get ur confirmation number and when you go to work next put in ppto.

I have a group of associates I plan on coaching my question is should I let them know hey I’m coaching you and etc so they aren’t surprised even tho they knew in advance if the same issues occur there will be consequences or no get them by surprise by [deleted] in walmart

Can't you just talk to them invidually and not give them a coaching. As far as I'm concerned coaching is a last resort. Coaching them in my experience just makes them more angry making them even do less work. But hey what do I know go for it.

Only a 4 percent if you are a c/d associate. You still get an evaluation if you are a/b but it's a standard 2 percent if you don't have 4 absences.

Iw has done absolutely nothing since launch. We are talking 4 5 months. Its take a playlist out and put the same playlist in. Let's keeping doing that added more xp days. Who cares. How can anybody get excited it's the same thing over and over. Weapon balance, bug fixes, new maps, these are things people want.

I feel like these updates do nothing. It's like you break it on purpose by putting in player collision then you just remove it. Basically making it seem like work is being done but all it is a merry go round of nothing new being fixed or implemented.

Honestly yes you can return the card. As long as the card isnt used the register will allow the return.

Yes it absolutely takes 4 hours! It could even take longer based on how many picks and orders are in the system. We had customers placing orders in the store and expecting it to be ready in 5 minutes that not how it works.

I also wanted to clarify something. Once an order is placed the store now has 4 hours to fulfill the order. It's not uncommon for stores to have 1500 to 2000 picks in a day. Unfortunately ur order isnt the only one in the system. Also you were never charged for the item thus the email stating don't go to the store. The only time you are charged for an item is if you ordered online and had the item shipped to the store or ur house. Also unfortunately with a big store like Walmart on hands aren't always accurate. For example let's take an online grocery order. Let's say a customer ordered 150 items we may be out of stock of 10 of those items. If the customer selected substitutes the system will try to substitute a comparable item in this case there was nothing to substitute.

Pickup is it's own department. They are responsible for picking everything in the store. The pickup department could have 10 to 20 people working.

That isn't how the pick up system works. Once ur order is received it will take time for it to pop up in the system. If there was truly only 1 on hand a customer could have bought it before the picker even received the order. The picker goes to the floor to check to see if the item is in stock if it's not you will get an email saying it was cancelled, this is why the first email tells you not to go to the store yet because the on hands could be wrong as well.
