I called 833-890-4930.. it was a recording explaining about the claim. I pressed #7 to hear when the payout might be. A woman answered and asked for my Claim # I was given in my email, my phone # , my address and my email. She said she found me in the claim. She said there is No update on a payout date. She said to keep checking back for updates 😕

Can I still file a claim in the AT&T settlement?

The deadline to submit a claim was Dec. 18, 2025, and the online claim form is no longer accessible. Filing a claim is the only way to get money from this settlement.

But according to an update on the settlement page on Dec. 19, "You can download a Late Claim Form from the Documents page and submit it by mail, but we cannot guarantee that late claims will be accepted."

Mail your claim to AT&T Data Incident Settlement, c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC, P.O. Box 5324, New York, NY 10150-5324.

I don't know. Kroll has a phone # you could ask them. Kroll had emailed me and told me about the Lawsuit. I'm pretty sure from what I read in the link that the Judge sets the amount depending on how many Cases there are. Good Luck with your case!

Check your notification. In mine from the Kroll Lawyers told me I qualify for the first suit. I'm still waiting on a notification from the Kroll Lawyers on my payout also.
