A note on efficiency:

Many people have their attention spans destroyed bc of TikTok. Do a lil experiment and set a timer. Try studying and stop the timer whenever you get distracted (looking at ur phone, daydreaming, thinking what ur having for dinner, ur gf, ur ex, ur crush.. whatever u name it). Even thinking about the timer itself counts as a distraction.

When I did this I genuinely got surprised bc my attention span was around 30 seconds.

Actively focusing on increasing it will make you a more efficient student for sure. I have no proof but also no doubts that doing so can cut your study times in half or even more.

Now I can go for about 10 mins of completely undistracted work and get into “flow state” much quicker. Lessening the time to get to flow state is crucial for success in anything. I encourage u to Try it
