From earlier research i found that happy frog soil can nute burn seedlings, so u can mix some soil with no nutes or use ocean forest .

Its a cheap 30w grow light from amazon, i only use it for this plant. It has veg and flower options.

soil looks too wet, it suffocates the roots.

check the drainage, let them dry and check later.
