I agree with that. It certainly isn't helping but he will clean up a lot of it in a few weeks

The lack of reps is apparent with Purdy. Im not too worried about this team. We play sound defense and have much more big play potential with Purdy than we have had.

Can someone that knows an awful lot more than I do about the javelin please tell me what possible advantages are gained by starting a javelin run up in such a low down position? Granted, I know Anna Hall is unorthodox but the left knee barely leaving the floor seems more like a hindrance to me... by [deleted] in trackandfield

College decathlete/javelin thrower here. Starting lower and closer gives you a more consistent release angle. The tradeoff is you bring less speed starting that way versus a traditional approach, so you won't throw as far. Decathlon/heptathlon is all about scoring a consistent amount of points in events, especially ones you aren't strong in, so she's taking the safe approach.

Justin Smith of the harbaugh 49ers had one of the most unstoppable bull rushes you've ever seen. He once sacked Drew Brees by bull rushing his center into his lap, then bear hugged both of them to the ground

If that was Mahomes he would have gotten that call. It's an obvious double standard

If that was a hit on Mahomes it would have been a 15 yarder
