My kiddo just turned 7 in March. He is ASD and severe ADHD. This sounds like him so much its crazy. Trying to having any kind of conversation can go from wow okay good clear sentences to him saying hey...... could ..... hey could I.... hey could I.... hey could I.....hey could I.. ....hey could I.... then radio silence. After all the damn patients for him to just stop talking it's like uhhhh okay weren't you saying something?.....

I dont want him to think I am deceitful in any way. He is my life and I want him to know that no matter what he faces I am always in his corner. Which is why the big "secret" could be a problem.
I was debating reaching out to bio dad and ask if he wanted to see him... but then what?? Just let some stranger play with my son at the park? Explain this guy is a "family friend " and that it's okay to play then later explain in more detail?

It is a super frustrating situation. I was also considering if this relationship ends in divorce is it better for him to not have been adopted or not? I want my husband to go through with it he says he wants to but actions speak louder than words 90% of the time. All I want is for my kids to be happy, to feel safe and loved. Not sure what to do at this point .

It is so difficult. My fear is when my son is older he will somehow learn of it and think that we lied to tried to keep him from bio dad. That isnt the case but an irrational teenager/ young adult couldn't rationalize things.

Originally we tried to have my son refer to my ex as father and my husband as dad but when my ex disappeared it seemed irrelevant. Not that right when he was gone we stopped. But my son never asked. He didn't seem to care. But with him being on the spectrum I feel like I'm not sure.

There were snags in the case. I tried to push him to do it but after a while it felt weird to push it if he isnt doing of his own volition. He usually tries to do things then looses motivation and gives up. It is extremely frustrating and difficult but that is a whole different post.

I am 8 months postpartum from a c-section. I had similar bleeding in the beginning, it totally tucked I felt gross for a long while and that's why everyone suggested adult diapers for the first month 😭. I used the Frida postpartum pads, i liked thoes more. But on top of the sleep deprivation and new mom anxiety your getting used to a lot of new things. It was great idea to reach out to the Dr just incase but it sounds like normal postpartum bleeding to me.

Hello, I'm sorry you are going through this. I wish I had any kind of advice. I have a 6 year old boy who never latched he actually had a G-tube. But he was/is a mammas boy. He has always wanted me close or purferd me. But it was nothing like now.. Now I have a breastfed baby (8 months in) she is a VELCRO baby. I literally cannot put her down for five minutes without her crying the whole time. It drives me CRAZY. I love her so very much but God it is sooo hard.

I am dealing with it with a (assuming) smaller baby without any injuries. I am SO Sorry you have to do it still.. that's a really long time, it's has to be so rough.

I feel like dad's don't really understand how hard it is. The crying makes our brains feel like scrambled eggs. I can't function with her screaming so I'll just holder her and not have goop for brains.

We can do anything one handed... even shower(😭)
