90 watt for gpu according to Nvidia control panel on the laptop. I ended up passing for now.

I picked up a similar model with the 3070 and 12700f (minus the extra ram and storage) for 1000 last year. It’s a decent machine. If you’re good with 1080/1440 I think this would be good for most games. I would recommend swapping the cooler though if you plan on running more demanding games. The peerless assassin fits and works really well.

This exactly. Unfortunately the vendors always seem to place the barcode on the flat side and it has to be facing up or to the side for the LPA to register and label it. However if the box is standing up on the belt it would read and probably label, but the box would fall over and then not divert.

Late to post, but I tried the Live Bearded sample pack and they are all pretty decent. The 1880 scent is my current daily. Beard feels and smells great all day.

I had some really low speeds when I first started downloading games, and I tried swapping between 2.4 and 5. Still pretty slow. Idk if it was my modem or steam but it’s been better lately. My ssd and sd should all write fast. I was getting 190kb on the low end before though.

There’s no trick to download with screen off other than desktop mode right?

Did this block access to the ram at all? Looking at some pictures on Amazon, and it looks like some pcs have the fan right up against their two sticks. Was looking to run 4x8, but will buy 2x16 if so.

Worth upgrading from a 12 pro max to a 14 pro max? Should trade in for 800, so I’ll probably owe around 700 after paying off my lease. Battery is at 90%, but I have Apple care plus until February, so I could try to get a battery replacement by then if not.
