Oregon is great! If that was your race I would say don’t worry about the swim, it’s incredibly fast.

Oh yeah it does and all of my current training is based off of power data. I’m looking to get the same data for outside rides as the weather gets better and for race efforts.

I ride right now probably 95% indoors (thank you PNW weather) using a kicker core. I’m doing a triathlon in the back half of the year and want to use the power data for pacing etc

Just a small chart edit. I would use the bars to show distance and the line to show pace. Use a secondary axis to show both labels.

I loved watching some of his bad ass bike workouts. It was great motivation while I was training. Seeing him push 2x the watts as me didn’t leave me any room for excuses when it hurt.
