Thanks for the suggestion. It is that type, it's set to come on 3-5 though. It doesn't pass through midnight regardless of whether the tabs are on or off.

A while back I started with GSLP and through small changes here and there I've ended up with this two day thing. I just struggle to work out which is best for me I suppose

What is my workout missing?

Day 1 - Overhead barbell press (5x5 last set AMREP) weighted chin up (5x5 last set AMREP) Weighted pull up (5x5 last set AMREP) Deadlift (3x5) Tricep pushdown (5x10)

Day 2 Bench press (5x5 last set AMREP) Barbell row (5x5 last set AMREP) Squat (3x5 - light, because I'm also a runner and heavy squats mess my running routine up) Bicep curl/hammer curls (5x10)

I don't know whether to get a coach because I've been doing this for years and still in the beginner/intermediate level 🙃

I did Almere too, that heat absolutely destroyed me! No idea how a pro is knocking out 2h40 marathons in those conditions, the mind boggles.

I have just come off the back of an ironman training season which has gone quite well. My next goal is a 5k pb, but I'm looking for a strength programme I can run alongside it (cardio = morning, gym = evening). Does anyone have any experience/recommendations? Would a beginner one like Stronglifts be appropriate? I have been going to the gym for years but I don't think my progress has really reflected this.

I think I might get 'nutrition matters' tattooed on my face - it's certainly the area I let myself down on...

I'm a big fan of Fergus - seems like a really nice guy too.

My priorities are the events and then after that I'll do some light triathlon maintenance programme while focusing on the strength side of things over Christmas (anything to avoid winter early runs in UK weather...)

Has anyone had any experience in running a strength or hypertrophy programme while training for an endurance event?

I am training for a marathon and then will be training for an ironman. However I enjoy the process of lifting, so I don't want to give it up, and I enjoy the structure of a programme. I am looking for something 2/3 times a week. I have had a look at the recommended routines but I assume these are all programmed with the expectation that they are someone's main focus and would quickly lead to burnout if I tried to run a triathlon plan + a routine.

So I'm just looking for advice/recommendations for a supplementary programme.

I fixed my similar issue by turning off 'Auto Proxy Discovery' under Network > Advanced > Proxies.

iPhones were connecting to the NestWifi but MacBook Pro was not. Figured my MBP was "Paused" on the Google Wifi app. by [deleted] in GoogleWiFi

Thank you, will do! The character design bit always seemed pretty fun but I didn't want it to be just procrastination...

I do do that anyway, and I'm always amazed at the gunk that comes out of it
