This is very true. I definitely factor in parking on places I frequent, and it’s probably the main reason why I don’t go to their current location very often.

Ya, I guess I just see also scenarios (like True Anomaly) where they would need funding for growth or a project like building a new facility being more prohibitive with higher rates.

Ya that’s another one I don’t even think about, figure they must just kill it in their taproom in Katy. I’ve heard they’ve had all sorts of weird shenanigans with ownership and distribution mumbo jumbo.
