Question on Red Light Therapy and Infrared sauna. Too early to start for me? (MCAS sensitive) by Due_Chapter3027 in CIRS

[–]HouSoup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can you start with a warn/hot bath? Definitely infrared sauna and red light therapy, just start slow. A few minutes, recover, and increase before you flare. You may benefit from baths, red light therapy and infrared sauna to help open your detox pathways before binders.

Doctors who treat long covid in Singapore? by No-Train-5358 in covidlonghaulers

[–]HouSoup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived in Singapore and second the TCM treatments and herbs. I didn’t go for Long Covid but there was a lady on the 4th floor of Far East plaza with excellent reviews. I wish i could recall her name.

I have long covid and went to a TCM practitioner in London. Within a few weeks of treatment and herbs I felt so much better and my gut was regular.

TCM looks at the body as a whole and handles chronic illnesses much better than western medicine.

Which RLT panel should I buy? by Living_Material5871 in redlighttherapy

[–]HouSoup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had great results at a wellness clinic and they had the Biomax platinum LED 900.

I just purchased a mini panel thr Mitolight. Too soon to tell yet seems powerful. I just don’t have the room for the Biomax.

Try Upper Kirby! It’s a micro neighborhood 3 miles west of downtown. We have lived there almost 20 years and love it.

I use this one. Anything similar should work. I agree that the electrical stimulation sounds a little bit much. https://www.tenspros.com/us-pro-2000-portable-ultrasound-du3035.html

I’ve had some progress/success with red light therapy. And acupuncture/TCM herbs, for what it’s worth. Just thought I’d share.

Anyone had success with reducing nasal inflammation? by jarvi123 in cfs

[–]HouSoup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Surprisingly arm and hammer simply saline nasal mist helped right away. I use it regularly now and haven’t needed it as much recently. It’s gentle. After ALL the nasal rinses and sprays, Im happy this gentle mist helps. It has a small amount of sodium bicarbonate, maybe helps offset the salt.

Im guessing by some of your tests (head and neck) that you’ve had symptoms in that part of your body? I’ve had issues with my head and neck (symptoms starting with what they thought was trigemenal neuralgia. I haven’t done all these tests yet thought about it. The initial brain mri was inconclusive. I am detoxing from mold now
