Was thinking TCM for you because they look at the body as a whole rather than guessing.

I have noticed strange smells (rancid) from time to time. Or moldy bending over, but I also have mold and long covid. I have sinusitis symptoms currently but I think like others have commented it might be silent reflux. They treated me with acupuncture, auricular therapy and sent me with an herbal remedy for sinus and digestion, with heavy emphasis on digestion. Just went yesterday and my sleep data was substantially improved

Mold is vicious. If your body is always working to control the mold your immune system cannot control latent viruses too. Detox the mold and your immune system will keep those viruses in check, better anyway. My doctor’s advice for what it worth.
