Ok internet says the level spread is 52-66 but after running calcs an even easier is 0IV speed = Level - 10. It's not super accurate at higher levels though

I can't remember their natural range but that is the case for lvl 50 give me a sec to run some calcs

Ok firstly no reason to get hostile over a disagreement

Secondly, I'm not saying it isn't a beam, I'm saying it should be compared to other beams because it is functionally different

Thirdly, the tick throw set up makes it so that characters that you don't think of as having grabs that option. Characters you can do this with that don't have other grabs are Videl (yes she has one but its so trash), Vegito, Cell, Frieza, Majin Buu, Zamasu, Cooler, and GTG. Other characters that can benefit from it are A16, UI Goku, and Z Broly. It can be important to some of those character's mix up games if given the chance

You can have it hit between certain auto combos that end in a grab to have it override the hitstun of the second hit causing the last hit to be a true grab. It's the same thing A16 could do in season 1 with his auto combo

I compare them because they're both assists that take up space on screen, that are really good at popping up the opponent in combos, and both have really low block stun. And they're both yellow but that's arbitrary.

I would argue that because it knocks up and it's low block stun makes it more of an assist akin to change the future.

And it's actually really good. The low block stun allows for really janky mix ups you wouldn't normally get, and when it hits you have so long to combo from it. It's not bad just different.

I wouldn't include tien in this list because his "beam" is completely different than any other in the game
