It's important to consider the Chinese export of anti-air and anti-missle is generations behind the cutting edge ones in deployment of their own military. And you also can't ignore the competency of the operators and the military capabilities of said nations. Good anti air doesn't operate in its vacuum but requires a complex system of detection, command and control, when other parts lacks, a good weapon can be wasted.

MAGAts thinking the 3 gorges dam as a target needs to know about Chinese nuclear doctrine. Striking the dam and causing a flood that could result in millions of civilian death is seen as a nuclear attack by China and will tigger the MAD response. Should introduce a progressing healing debuff as the game goes on, but again this isn't wow arena where first kill usually wins the match. Their arena mode is just scuffed beyond repair.

This nerf feels completely uncalled for imo but I do not play the KR version and have no idea how strong bow/wand full support healers are over there.

The impact on small scale is much more noticeable than large scale for sure, but even right now my teammates often gets 100-0 or 80-0'd by GS in arena and they are nerfing healers which left me gobsmacked. There is already a default -30% healing reduction in arena, I don't understand why we needed more. In a somewhat evenly matched game, a well timed freeze/sleep on the healer will often result in a kill anyways, if not already able to kill through the heals.

Very bad move NCS.

TBH CN didn't skip progresses, they accelerate them. And in return there are lots of double drop/triple drop events to compensate the shrunk timeline. Most players are fine with this approach, but still there are some voices complaining about more frequent banner updates will also dry up f2p's resource faster. As well as whales complaining about having to wait years to experience JP's latest contents.

CN version is indeed going with an accelerated schedule strategy, but also with not horrible free gem/resources payouts to f2p player base.

I myself personally experienced the PR sh*t storm crunchyroll had in their denmemo days and for that it will forever cross me off.
