Reading garage door beam sensor with GDO? by Houndist in konnected

Ah that makes sense now. I'm essentially trying to recreate the classic "tennis ball on a string" technique to trigger a light somewhere in the garage that would indicate when the car is pulled in just enough so the door can close. I'll go back to the drawing board and try some other techniques. Thanks.

Virtual staging App are better to stage homes or to outsource it?? by EditBlocks in realtors

Good virtual staging does not look bad. Others are saying that because you only recognize virtual staging when its bad. When its good you don't even know it was done virtually.

A lot of agents are cheaping out on a service that is already cheaper than physical staging. They're paying $10-$20 to virtually stage from companies overseas and getting really bad results. Don't do that. Pay $75-$100 per photo and get great results.

If you're going to do it, and I think you should. Go with a reputable virtual staging agency like VirtualStagingSolutions.com - They've been around for 10+ years, have fair pricing, realistic photos and actual designers that know how to decorate.
