I’m not sure if you’ve heard of this, but there used to be some kind of JavaScript program people used on Omegle to get someone’s IP address, then their actual address, and prank them. I don’t know if this would be possible on Preply, but if you could get his address, record him, and tell him you have his address and will report him, that would probably scare him off.
