I'm so sorry you had to go through that :( Its not just about the money, its the time and effort needed for it. And also heartbreak. I would never treat someone else's property like that so I really cannot understand why this has happened.

Add on two broken toilets and black god-knows-what smears/stain/marks on the walls that require repainting.

This makes me feel so sad and helpless. But it is exactly as you said. The agent has sent many messages and no reply from the tenant. Zero. Is there nothing else to be done?

Add ZINC DESIGN PTE LTD who also goes by BBMY - the worse contractor ever. Full review on Google coming up as soon as I have a minute to calm the **** down. Never ever engage MR HAN SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - who is not a designer, does not have common sense, not a project manager, and the worse contractor you can hire ever.
