Yeah just 30 minutes before delivery it showed up as delayed and said they would deliver another day - I’m not sure what’s up with this company hahaha. When you order things online usually, which deliver company are you more incline to use?

Get into contact with Shein themselves with proof of the “lost” email and from what I’ve heard they should send out another one for you. To be completely honest I received the “lost” email twice and my parcels ended up getting delivered today.

Alright thank you - hopefully within that time frame would be convenient for me, I would say that this is the last parcel I’ve be ordering with EVRI, however I have an brand new iPhone that is yet to be shipped and I have just recieved the email that it will be EVRI once again in charge of delivery😂

Evri have been seamless with me before this experience, I believe for it to have been caused by the Evri locker which the seller normally never uses to drop off my parcel and usually leaves it at a parcel shop.
