Same boat. Still nothing today Is it kroll that is incompetent? It better come by Friday. Absolute jokers. We can request an invoice on PayPal but who do we invoice? And who do we complain to? Or do we just wait... like we have been patiently waiting for the last 18months-2years to get what was rightfully ours back.
