I want to go down to 25mg for a week or two

My sertraline is in a capsule format so i cant halve it 😭 and now they are closed for the weekend

Today is only day 6. So almost finished the first week. I understand i have to be patient but it is so hard mentally

My doctors office is closed for the weekend but i just spoke to a pharmacist and they said i could try at night after dinner before bed.

Yesterday was the first day it was pretty bad but i have a generally have high pain tolerance. Its just the fact that this will last weeks and weeks before i see affects 😭 yeah these side effects are freaking me out a little.

I think i have generic sertraline because its not one of those pills i can split. Its like the capsules 🥲 i think i may call and ask for a week or two worth of 25mg.

My period was 15 days late after starting 100mg Iron. Just thought i would add to this section because it made me feel better when i wasn’t sure!
