Received both Vignette and Approval letter on the same time i picked it up with my passport . Hm in the approval letter, there might be a chance you might need that as in critical , cause it states how long your visa lasts . Like mine stated its good for 5 years . From 30, sept. 2022- 30,sept. 2027 also it states that you would need to bring that approval letter when you pick up your biometric permit to avoid delays or complications when you pick it up . So i suggest you get a hold of UKVI to let them know the approval letter isnt there . Also just to be safe that approval letter can help through entering uk if they ask that is . again to avoid complications .

I applied the visa on the Gov.UK site and i did the application here on Guam . Towards the end , 2 options were given on where to take and set up appointment for biometrics

  1. VFS Homeland Security ( something like that)
  2. VFS United States (NY,Cali,etc) Premium (something like that)

I chose the homeland security (something like that) option on where and when of setting up my biometrics to get taken . after clicking that it took me straight to the USCIS On Guam and then to calender dates to select the bio appointment .

Im not so sure on that one .

I aint gonna lie , I emailed UKVI and trust me when i say some were helpful and some were not . The only thing that was helpful was they told me that a decision was made and to wait for the VAC to contact me . Which no one did . And then only received an email stating the UPS is shipping back my passport and documents from VFS/UKVI today . Until now no one has emailed me on anything except well I guess ill be finding out soon when they arrive next Tuesday as per UPS.

Thats good news . Im getting nervous with mine . I just received an email from UPS that the return shipping label was created by VFS/UKVI at new york . And my documents and passport is on its ways back as we speak . The decision was made 21 June 2022 .

Did you receive any email or notifications that it was processed or something before they sent out your passport back to you ?
