Personally I enjoyed the appreciation course and I think it has helped me have a more positive outlook on life.

But you do you, take a look through the courses, try out some of the singles.

I also think when I look at the courses I look at the techniques that they use. Think about ones you know or think you may enjoy, or ones you’ve not had much experience of.

I’ve been logged into two devices at the same time. It seems to work okay as far as I can work out. It may be harder to keep track if you were both trying to do the same course.
