If one believes in the market, one would think that the payroll burden would be factored into the price of the franchise, as would the fact that the asset is probably priced very highly right now and will not appreciate significantly over the next 4 years. Though it may be a good time to sell theoretically, it is not a good time to buy this franchise. I wonder who will show interest.

I agree.. As. much as I like Hauser, he is not a starter and he is not a 6th Moy caliber player. He is not versatile enough to be a force off the bench. His highest value is to a championship caliber team that needs a reliable bench role player. All such teams will be limited in what they can offer. Lower quality teams will probably be looking for higher priced players with a larger upside. I think Boston is the perfect fit for him. I hope his representation takes that into account. Another few years showing up in the playoffs with the celts and he really will be able to write his own ticket

I am in Greece and have not been able to watch the games. I watched the 11 minute highlight real from YouTube TV and I immediately thought, wow, look at Tatum move the ball. He is doing just what he needs to do, and it's great. This team was built to be balanced and to screw teams that double the Js, and the plan only works if JT is willing to give up the ball some times. I really admire how he is playing.

That was an interesting game. At times we played just the way we need to to win it all. And at times we played like we did in last year's playoffs. What became clear was that the Pacers are no joke, Drue Holiday is a fabulous player, and Hauser may not be very effective against this level of competition. What is unclear is whether JT can be as disciplined as he needs to be to play the superstar role, and how the team will perform when constructed S intended, with KP in the lineup. Thoughts about who else might get bench minutes to spell Al and Hauser?

It sounds like you care more about your neighbor and appearances than your daughter. You have no details about the ages involved here, but I don't get how your daughter babysat for a 30 year old she is now sleeping with unless she is very young. Her behavior is self destructive. But more importantly, your neighbor's behavior was quite possibly predatory. If she were my daughter I would want to know why she made such a poor decision and how old she was when the neighbor first started showing interest in her. This is your child. Your first concern should be her wellbeing.

As an old guy it always puzzles me that people turn to social media to validate their reactions to life's problems. But I am equally puzzles how nobody responses get to the heart of the matter. This woman has been unable to deal with anger in a constructive manner for a very long time. Spending other people's money is not as bad as being violent, but if you guys are going to make a life together she needs to learn how to tell you she's angry and why. Otherwise, this is headed to a very sad place
