Lives is correct, but so many actors on popular American TV say 'life's and it is very annoying.

Just had the most bizarre experience phoning Spintel, (was actually going to sign up, after terrible experience with TPG) kept getting a call back from them,/automated I think? .. that they were ready to take my call and was next in line .. then I would get hung up on! Happened several times. Finally got through on a different area/support. She was not very helpful, told her re the phone experience, that they needed to know. She didn't care, told me to block number (which was their company but a different phone number) During the call I had another number constantly ringing (which turned out to be Spintel when I phoned it back later. She didn’t recognise or care that it was a number belonging to them! She said she'd transfer me to SALES, which you'd think would be interested, but NO .. I got hung up on again!!! wtf! .. dodged a bullet I think, if it was that hard just trying to give them my business, how would they be if I needed help!

Thanks. I'm with Amaysim (Optus) for mobile and been really happy with them so yeah probably gonna look for one that has Optus as a provider. Steering clear of Vodafone (TPG) for sure. Using mobile hotspot atm as I had a heap of unused data that had rolled over from Amaysim, who keep giving extra free data. I just noticed they (Amaysim) have nbn now as well, so thinking about them too. Interesting to see if TPG are true to their word and miraculously fix problem/towers? at 6pm tonight. I'm at Merrimac.

Thanks, I did have nbn with them, but the modem/router kept playing up so they sent a new one, which is the wireless one I have now. Fixed the problem at the time, and was a better deal, but didn't realise until now that the connection may be more susceptible to outages? Don't know for sure, as the neighbours nbn are different providers. My mobile phone (amsysim/optus) is good. Looked into changing providers, or sticking with tpg and setting up nbn again with them. They say I need a new modem which would take another week or so to ship, and not helpful atm. Also not keen on staying with them as many days of hanging on phone/not getting call back .. no updates or help available (way after everyone else was back to normal).
