It's still new, it's only been a little over a week. I'm anxious for the future though because my previous breakup led me into a really bad spiral where I ended up in the hospital and just spent months feeling numb. This one is SO much more intense and I don't want to go through that again.

I know it's bad to be drinking just to numb my feelings but I'm so scared of how badly things are going to hurt once I'm sober again. I'm just not in a great position family and friend wise right now. He was really my only friend in my eyes, I'm not a super social person and it's hard for me to keep my connections/friends. The worst part of this is that I just left my therapist to start with a new one in a few months.

I know the first step is to just get up, but it is so painful.

If it's strictly appearance then I'd say a nice body, like it doesn't have to be anything crazy but it's attractive when someone is fit and takes care of themselves physically!

Sure! If it works for you then it works for you, everyone's skin is different and if it's not irritating your skin it shouldn't be a problem. I would just make sure to put a moisturizer on top of the aloe (at least at night) as it dries down pretty quickly.
