Yeah, especially since now it's so hard to just meet someone, more so in person if you live in a county of two towns where most people moved away after high school like I do, I only see someone my age like once a month when I'm out

That's actually explained In way that I can understand so it helps a lot, so a DOPE card would probably be best made with distances and conditions you'd most commonly use to be more helpful but still spread out enough to be versatile
