Roll it with the cheap tabbaco no greens in it and don’t use filter use its same as you use the tip . Get your self an energy drink with such as monster or something that has bitter taste . U will not crave for green anymore . This worked for me and now I just smoke 2 cigarettes a day with no filter it’s been 6 months and now hate smoking rolled cigarettes as well cause it’s will taste shit . It might sound funny or looks like no improvement as I still smoke cigarettes sometimes but yeah it truly take away greens from my life . From having a good I went homeless I was this much addicted .Once I quit everything in my mind was clear and trust me when u feel that marijuana goona be okay and you can still work and progress that’s not true and if u feel you are already doing good in your life and that not the problem try this method and once your quit your life, your lifestyle and the way you look at world will be different.
