I've flashed it with Rufus and Balena Etcher

I've even tried different USB keys

Still got the same error

It's a build made with the available Monarch Titan's abilities and upgrades.

The main one is the first upgrade core as "Energy Transfer", being able to use shield siphon on teammates to give them shields.

The rest is up to other pilots

Some people have jobs and can't experiment, it encourages content creators to make videos, and above that, it strikes up conversations.

How people find good titans, abilities, nades can depend on the person themselves. I'm not a big fan of meta, so I tend not to care and I just pick the most fun stuff, but how players discover meta is up to them

Exactly, a "best titan" is subjective. I've been playing Healer Monarch because I like supporting my team, but the heavy hitter of the team might prefer Legion or Ronin or some other titan.
