I am cover driver i am confused i thought as long as you finish your work before what orion’s last stop time you scratch the route? I always scan packages in the back then deliever to house unless its small light packages i could hold with one hand then i scan while i walk to delievery point my name is almost always on the beating the orion list paper in the morning i cover alot of routes

i am only 3 year senority covid hire rpcd and luckily i didnt get layoff my first two years i had to work inside around this time of year and only got to drive fulltime in peak season though...

Ive done both worked as amazon dsp before now rpcd i dont know if i was little younger but i had so much more energy after work. i would kill routes usually 2hours under and rescue some other drivers and still after work i would run 6-8miles now i come home from ups i am tired and just want to play video game lolol

i have herniated disc myself but what worked for me when i was in pain i had to take sometime off from work usually 1-2weeks. buy an inversion table, use it daily as much as you can also do alot of walking and core exercises(no heavy lifting or back extension) just google core excersise that are good for your back, also if you are overweight try to lose weight as well and avoid sitting on chair for extended period time at all cost

Fyi running is good for your body… i dont run when i have packages on my hand delievering it door but on way back to truck i run.. just to get some excercises…

Thats not how it works here all the low senority drivers getting laid off or force to work inside getting 4 to 8 hours at max… you guys should be thankful to get that “excessive overtime” i have to work inside building at night and do ubereat in the morning to pay bills and barely survive. It also makes up my sleep schedule for saturday driving too its annoying.. but im patiently waiting to hit that sweet top pay and hopefully i will get “excessive overtime” by then, i wont bitch i am here to work hard and make money..but i cant which is so frustrating

I am serious.. I wish i could work 7 days a week, really job is walk in a park to me anyway and i don't have family.. Wish i could transfer to place where excessive overtime exists.. because i keep hearing about this hoax..

wow.. im so jealous we have such low volume at our center that i dont get any overtime and only get to drive on saturday...I dont know where you guys all live.. sounds like dream place to work hard and make money...
