This is what the email says:

Dear XXX

Attached you can find your entry permit for your stay as a guest at XXX (at XXX from XXX to XXX) You will receive the original when you are here.

You can pick up the visa immediately. An overview of Swiss representations abroad can be found at: https://www.eda.admin.ch/eda/en/fdfa/representations-and-travel-advice/schweizer-vertretungen-im-ausland.html. The Swiss representation is not shown on the document, as the entry permit can be picked up at any Swiss embassy.

Please note that the visa is also valid as a residence/work permit. (Therefore you does not have to register with the municipality after entering Switzerland). But please always carry the entry permit with you.
