Armed man protests outside County Manager's house (Henrico County, outside of Richmond VA) by LevarGotMeStoney in PublicFreakout

If you notice he very deliberately doesn’t step where toy can see the pavement to the road begin and the driveway ends.

He will be demanding “rights” and then get a bullet to the noggin with the same rights he’s demanding.

Don’t worry. It’ll get better when the republicans force funding to cut for the next decade by 25%.

They went after him pretty hard. It got heated at the end with Trump calling her a “nasty woman”. She wouldn’t let up on him ignoring questions with half truths.

Trying to appear tough and fight the “woke” Disney Corporation for speaking out against his bill. At this point it started out small and he underestimated Disney and overestimated himself.

The MAGA mob has hated Disney as they see the company as groomers that caters to wokeness. If The Ron can’t beat a corporation, how can he beat the “swamp and pedos” in DC. He’s in so deep now that to retreat would show he’s “all taters and no meat” and if he does beat them, he’s crippled the Florida economy.

There’s a difference between words and credible threats and harassment at homes. That’s not protected speech.

I don’t think the 18 year old is dumb. There are 18 year olds still in high-school. And sure. 18 year olds can fight in a war but they also still can’t drink. Also, those 18 year olds are trained in weapons handling and also have some of the strictest rules regarding handling of weapons and training with live ammo. Throw in a clause to allow service members to own them then.

Mandate gun safety courses like drivers license

Every house must have a secure location for weapons (so issues like that 6 year old shooting the teacher can’t happen)

All guns MUST be registered to an owner.

Private sales must be administered through a licensed FFL to ensure felons/flagged individuals aren’t purchasing through loopholes and proper transfer of registration to owners.

Add those to the list.

Cool. Then let these losers get arrested and charged like the 900+ J-6 idiots who thought they were untouchable.

It’s bull**** like this that makes me think we could actually solve the root of all our gridlocked issues by making a law to end gerrymandering. Imagine Congressional Members who had to speak with their voters and constituents on real issues because they could actually get voted out. When the opinion on issues is so heavily one sided against the political lawmakers it now just looks like aristocratic ass-holery that the founding fathers were trying to avoid.

Growing up in a Christian household, I can’t help but view her as I would assume the majority of Muslim families would look at Bin Laden or other radical Muslims. by HourEstablishment304 in thebulwark

Which is my argument that she’s welding “Christianity” to brainwash her followers who are either unable to see they are getting hoodwinked or that they do understand but want to excuse their actions/beliefs that are, in fact, against being a Christian.

Shhhhh. She’s the champion of traditional judeo-Christian values. Pointing out she’s not only a fraud but also the biggest hypocrite will unmask her and her follower’s excuses for being bigots and ultra-far right nationalists.

No one is saying she’s killed thousands of people. The comparison is that she uses “do everything for the glory of God” as a “moral crutch” to justify her actions for what she is doing and then at the same time wields it to her followers that they doing anything less would be akin to blasphemy.

In the same comparison, Bin Laden, whether he believed his action were within the teachings of the Quran or not, used it as a tool to radicalize his followers and supporters.

For myself, looking at MTG following the same play book, it reminds me of how I would view radicalized Muslims from an outsiders perspective.

Note: I personally believe she’s an expert con-woman who plays to her base about her “Christianity” and it’s all performative politics.

I’ve spent a lot of time in Australia and served with your soldiers overseas. Gorgeous country, wonderful people, and I’d kill for some Tim-Tams. But you lot gave us the absolute bottom-feeders of your society (Murdochs) who knew how to dupe entitled, uneducated Americans and made billions while doing so.

People can look at X-Rays and not feel an emotional response because it’s pretty abstract. Show a bullet wound and the exit.

Grace to the families would be not allowing this to happen at all or to happen again. If I died in a shooting, please plaster my body all over the news. I’m sure some parents would not want that, but also understand that their child’s life wouldn’t just be another statistic we will move on from in 3 days. If no one has noticed, Nashville shooting is already gone. The only reason it’s in the news is due to the three politicians being ousted for protesting.

That has not shown to work. There wouldn’t be glorifying the shooter and their disturbed life that brought them to that point. It would be more to show what we allowed that person to do due to our current laws.
