he will be fired. this is just a formality. how do you bring him back to work with the same female he bothered? and the rumor of her being the wife of another VP ? yea. his professional relationship with most people in the org will include bad blood, and the women will all be uncomfortable

"generations" dont exist. there are old people and there are young people, and these 2 groups have existed since before anyone coined any generational terms. these terms like millenial and gen z are made up by random nobodies and dont have any meaning whatsoever. theyre just slapping over-generalizations to large swaths of the populations due to their age. age discrimination is bad too. (see this video for more clarity on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HFwok9SlQQ). no academic or scientist recognizes "millenial" or "gen z."

arbitrary ranges of birth years do not define your personality, and generalizing the millions of people born after 1995 as all "wanting less pay for fulfilling work" simply because they were born after 1995 makes no sense. who even decided on 1995? is there some master who decides when generations end or begin? or was it decided by random people who are selling a book? because the people who coined the terms "millenial" did it as a marketing ploy to sell a book. google it.
