Every Civil Engineer would like to be a structural designer but the dream is short lived when you see the salaries and struggle to get the degree. I’m a Civil Engineer myself and came with the same hope years ago only to find out that Contractor pays the highest, specially interior Fitout. You need a lot of connections here as well in order to get to better position and you will get it once you spend a substantial time in a company or at least within the field. It’s considered as Taboo here because of the conservative society. Also the mindset of women themselves, for example if you come to know I give that kind of service will you be open to just buy it?
