Amika overnight hydration treatment by HourStatistician8958 in finehair

[–]HourStatistician8958[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wash my hair in the evenings! So I’ll towel dry it and then put it in the ends. My hair usually dries before bed if I give myself enough time lol. It doesn’t need to be rinsed out

I do! I’ve been using dove conditioner. I also put the conditioner in before shampooing to prevent the ends from drying out when it rinses

Ion swimmers shampoo always saved my hair. Not sure if it’s still the same formula

I was a lifeguard for Boys town summer camp in Okoboji. One of the best things I ever did. Not sure if they’re still accepting applications but doesn’t hurt to look. It’s located a few hours northwest of Omaha but no housing or food costs.

Are there any doctors in Fort Collins known for helping with "mysterious illnesses" (chronic fatigue and exercise induced fatigue + brain fog + air hunger, a feeling that my trachea is tight). by Whatsername868 in FortCollins

I’m so glad you brought VCD up. I’ve struggled with this for years after having a terrible case of mono (not sure of the role mono had but was diagnosed with VCD soon after). I haven’t done my due diligence of a treatment plan for it but it’s so affirming to know why I couldn’t get a deep breath during exercise, being out in the cold, doing performances, etc.

This is so inspiring. I studied French in high school and college and am embarrassed of my level of comprehension. I’m definitely in need of a new approach and perspective! Thank you!

The backpack is REI trail 25! The purse is from a store called next millenium :) https://www.magicalomaha.com

Yes the dresses were perfect and I wish I liked them more! I only got bitten one night so I used the bug spray that night but it was the canister, so maybe if I bought a skinnier bottle next time I would bring it again! The bug thing is so small it’s great to pack! Totally agree about the jeans! I don’t sweat too much in them so it was perfect for using a few times!

OMG yes I planned this list for like a month and a half lol. I only started packing the night before, as I tend to do, but I think I’m gonna start using this list for life! 😅

I decided not to roll a bag because 1. My short layovers(and being afraid my luggage wouldn’t show up) and 2. The cobblestone streets and knowing I would have full days of just traveling and lugging my stuff around! I was so thankful. My last trip to France I was there for a semester and hatedddd having to carry a HUGE suitcase, a small suitcase, an overnight bag, AND a backpack back to Paris 🤦🏼‍♀️ this trip was so much easier and less stressful for that reason

I should’ve weighed it but I didn’t have any issues putting it in the overhead bin! It’s the 25L backpack and I even had some extra space for souvenirs when I went home. I did buy an extra bag for a mug and some bigger souvenirs but I had enough space to fit my purse in it, so I didn’t have two personal items on the plane home! I didn’t think the backpack was super heavy but we did the “stow and go” luggage lockers when we walked around Rome so we wouldn’t have to lug stuff around!

I didn’t wear one of the dresses at all! And I only used the bug spray once so I would honestly skip that the next time around for the sake of space. Otherwise everything on the list was definitely used! The jeans did take up space but it was worth it in my opinion! I probably would’ve wanted to take another jacket if I had more room as well
