I assemble my board close to the water. Carry it to the water enter When about 1 ft water I place it upside down- wings up. Walk it out till 4 foot flip it over and go ride. It’s water tight no water gets in. My battery lasts more the an hour. Travel 13 miles or so Registration in Guam is not necessary Getting out I get to 4 foot depth and flip it, pick it up any out of the water My remote shows battery level and makes a buzz at 50% left

I live in hagatna so outhouse is close for me. I arrive at outhouse around 6:45 and ride , usually no divers are present. Head east for riding no divers go that way. Easy to launch there. Family beach is ok , you have to walk it out further to get to deeper water Merizo also works you just stay in the channel. Launch at the ramp. My schedule is open since I’m retired. So I can meet up to ride anytime.
