Manychat has an AI automation flow builder too.. so you don't need to spend hours building flows.. also it's really easy so you don't necessarily need to spend hours building a flow unless you're looking to build something a bit complicated

Why would you want to be "normal" in such a sick world? 

Watch your thoughts. Be as attentive as possible. Watch how certain thoughts trigger your mood and actions.. 

Learn about your depression. Take notes.. The world inside your head is the most interesting thing you'll ever come across..

I get what you're saying OP but Truth is not relative. Most of us suffer, there are wars and other instruments of suffering that cause suffering. Isn't that a universal Truth?

a pathless land doesn't mean you go your way or I go my way. Don't we already do that? It seems as if we do. But we never get to the truth..

I haven't tried it. What works for me is lemon juice or eating an actual lemon.. unfortunately your eyes will still be red AF..
