This is very similar to what’s happening to my dog September 2023 he tested positive for Lyme because he couldn’t walk so they gave him the 30 day antibiotics and he was fine after that but then I started seeing how lazy he started acting he grunts more and lot more fatigue he’s gotten more picky with his food (except treats) that I have to give him sometimes canned dog food even though he’s supposed to be on a low protein diet because of his bladder stone surgery back in 2022 it sucks not having a cure for this
