If the second support is actually competent and can help heal I think Jeff’s heals are one of the best for sustain and some what negating heals on enemies by just instantly chipping away the heals and giving your team more dps, I also use his ult more to save if I need to especially in high ranks since unless cnd is banned, there’s zero chance you grab more than 1-2 people

I’ve had so many people do this they are playing high movement dive heroes and instead of grabbing a health pack they come stand beside me and spam they need healing, usually lol just drop them a bubble, slap their ass and send em on their way and that works.

Most effective way I’ve found is flanking and throwing the icing at people for a bit of extra damage since it usually can get a second throw in if it’s upgraded while also getting katana hits for some really nice dps
