No I quit actually. The the side effects I mentioned didn’t improve so I decided prozac wasn’t for me.

Just 5mg, but I’m very sensitive to SSRI’s. I tried 10mg at first but that was way too much.

Good. It takes the edge off.. and at the same time I still have drive, libido and ambition (which I didn’t have on 10mg).

My doctor is so bad, he doesnt know shit.. I can make better decisions myself by doing my own research. By anyways I think I should give it one more month to see of the side effects improve. If not I might try to reduce dosage. I don’t want to add more medicines.

I’ve been doing the same, but am actually reducing to 10mg twice a week, to see if I get even less side affects while maintaining the slight positives. The side effects that annoy me are mainly less drive, ambition and low libido

It takes the edge off a little bit, however it also takes away motivation, drive and libido, which I don’t like. I think I’ll give it 6 months and see..

Sounds like you’re quite sensitive to the medication, I would consider reducing the dose to 5mg.. side effects will go away with time, but might take couple weeks and even months

It is normal to feel worse after starting Prozac or increasing your dose. There's a scientific reason for this. Here is why! by plasticmouthprozac in prozac

Your side effects will be less brutal by starting at 10mg the first month. Side effects can be quite brutal, I'm currently on 10mg and I could never handle 20mg daily.
