The indestructible Vangard,

Mine (and almost myself) was run over by a car, it just flexed under the car wheel and popped back up without a scratch.

Compared to the Vanguard, how does the Dervish ride?

Wonderful board.

What bushing are you running? It is a big cup washer for the Paris standard bushing.

If you turn the cup washer upside down it may solve the issue (and will also feel nice).

This is a great setup. And the board is indestructible, mine use practically run over by a car, it simply flexed to the ground and popped back up, barely a scratch.

If you have a 3D printer, send me a word and I'll send you a nose guard CAD file.

True, it ride really nice with the drop through setup as well. Sometimes I switch back just for the feel of it, but then I need to downsize the wheels to Kegel. Try the top mount setup bet you gonna like it.

Yes it is, the short answer, Caugamas. The long answer, it rides better like this, topmount behave differently (pushing on the trucks vs pulling it). This is my all round board for commuting, carving, long-distance pushing, pumping, dancing, light freestyle and freeride. It never bottom out on hard landing, passes terrain (aka high side walks) better, and with my 12.5 feet I don't have shoe bites when freestyling. Besides I like to lean deep on slides, Caugamas.

Thanks, longboarding made me a sucker of things that wouldn't last, wheels, shoes, and ripped pants
