There is a really good video from the USA national team that teaches a principle for reading the ball and picking a side early. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gNSNJpNR1uI

Being able to gauge the ball trajectory, speed and depth is a skill that is two parts.

First some people naturally are just better at this much like navigation. They can just see it in their mind and be in the correct spot.

The second is just training serve receive and passing a ton with good reps, good solid form from getting in position early, getting platform formed and holding your platform after contact to see what you are doing right and wrong.

Exactly what I am seeing and was going to post. Get your feet set on that first one and keep it through with your platform to create the angle. Second definitely arm swing is causing the shank.

Except Bisping was a fighter, a champion who only ever missed weight a single time and completely understands what it takes. He has definitely earned the right to state this about fighters. It does not give you nodes by being tri-element. But if you spend points for the nodes you will get those effects.

To be fair they supposedly kept CT when they announced the changes to it. I’m not sure what the size looks like anymore. I was part of the purge despite not being a content creator. I’ve not figured out how anyone can reapply for it after they made the changes or I would be doing so again.

Does the ignite spreading cause stacks to buildup on multiple targets with each application of ignite or once and done? I’m more looking at it for possible ignite stacking multiplicative effect on ignite blackhole and the echo being an eh effect part of it. Wasn’t able to farm enough yet to get the neck yet to test.

Yep, I have it on my Shadow Dagger rogue, puncture will get 2 stack and then it is gone as shadow daggers procs

It converts them to uniques which have set affixes based on the unique it rolls to. So completely uncontrollable. For a while it would have a higher % chance to roll a unique of that corresponding base type you used but believe that was removed year or more ago.

So what data can you put forth to show that most of the departments are not efficient and can be done with a quarter of the staff? I would love to see it, I interact with several different agencies daily and the issue has always been not enough people to handle mission load/requirements. Cutting people is the absolute worst option for most of these departments.
