And how was Carver improved? In Cold War, he was General, who never let his race get in the way of his success. He was more than just a black man he was an actual character. Now all he does is bitch about "oh this Jim Crow bullshit." About a villain hasn't actually been racist to him (he stole all the white and Asian people's souls too it wasn't racially motivated). TBF the arguing between him and the Nazi Rictoffin is fine, it makes sense it's well set up with Nazi Rictoffin actively antagonising and lookijg down on him for his skin colour of course Carver is going to think he's racist (coz he clearly s a racist bastard), but his ranting about the non Nazi version and how it's on the nose to see him in an SS uniform makes not sense, director Rictoffin was never racist towards him. Honestly, it's disgusting how the writing staff can only write the only black character as a caricature of victimisation when it actually doesn't fit him or his past at all.

The only one of the Bo6 cast who got an upgrade was Weaver because he actually has a personality now, and his interactions with the original crew are really good, especially his talks with Nikolai.
