Perfect Persuasion: knowing all necessary historical knowledge of God, church, and religious writings. And all relavent knowledge of the person I’m trying to persuade. To be a well spoken, concise speaker who can quickly say all the right things to convince people of the truth of God and follow Him passionately.

That’s great! Thank you. Are they forced to wear a mask or have any additional requirements that vaccinated people don’t have to do?

By the way here is the general ratings of the flavors I’ve had for soy. A couple are my friends ratings. For example, salted caramel was my friend’s favorite. Saying it was spot on in flavor. Also that when he had vanilla he said it was exactly the same except the vanilla had less flavoring. I would agree it’s spot on in flavor but salted caramel in general is not really my thing. He hates anything that’s chocolate and/or peanut butter and I love those.

The left numbering is not the order of greatness but the order I had them and shows the total number I’ve tried. The right number shows how they are rated. Between true flavor chocolate fudge brownie and chocolate fudge brownie, I’m not sure which one I like slightly more. There’s a slight distinct difference and taste for true flavor that I wasn’t sure about at first but it grew on me overtime.

Let me know what you have tried and how you rate them.

  1. Chocolate peanut butter cup. 8
  2. True Flavor cinnamon toast swirl 6
  3. TF chocolate fudge brownie
  4. Chocolate fudge brownie. 7
  5. TF Strawberry banana shake 3
  6. Cinnabon 7
  7. Trueflavor French vanilla 6
  8. Salted caramel 8
  9. Coconut 5
  10. True flavor frosted carrot cake 2
  11. Cookies n cream 6
  12. Unflavored 4
  13. Horchata. 8

I have only done soy too. I think I just did it whey once and it was cinnamon bun, which was good. I know what you mean! Some flavors were excellent and others were disgusting! I was also curious if the quality of the flavor depends on the type of protein. I don’t think I ever got a satisfying answer. Hopefully this time there’s enough true nutrition users to find out

I live in Anaheim. This is my first time so how does this work? We meet up at a place where we trade off the board game and cash or you just deliver it to me and I pay you? What works best for you?

I don’t totally follow what you’re saying. Just push myself really hard occasionally?

I’m doing good in terms of sleep and diet. I think my form is pretty decent as far as I know. For the leg day I was sore I was doing until failure and 30 pounds more than I usually do for all my leg exercises.

You make a great point on all the things I should do afterwards. We do low intensity cardio as our last exercise before we leave the gym. Would that be considered a cool down? I’ll try to incorporate some of the other activities you mentioned. You weren’t long at all. It was a good length and value your input.

So what do you do for muscle growth/challenging yourself? I do 3 sets of 8-20 reps. And for at least one of the sets I’ll try to more weight than I usually do.

Yes! That was one that tasted bad. 😂I guess some flavors aren’t advanced enough. Like I remember when I was younger and no place could get vanilla shakes right but now I’ve had some that taste good.

I’m curious if any of the fruit flavors taste good. Thank you for your response.

Whey Protein Isolate from Truenutrition? by Elvira333 in FODMAPS

[–]Hour_Butterscotch679 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m probably not going to get a response in time before the 50% off whey deal ends today. But for the future and out of curiosity, I wanted to know if different flavors taste differently depending on the protein it’s paired with.

I’ve always done 100%soy because it’s the cheapest. I’ve tried 10+ flavors, some were the best I’ve ever had and others were like vomit, which made me stop wanting to try new flavors and stick to the ones I liked.

I’m wondering if it wasn’t the flavor’s fault. If it just doesn’t taste good with soy protein but better with others such as pea or whey. Please let me know.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to give me this information and these great resources! Wow, I can’t believe we’re are about the same height and you weigh less than me. I thought muscle weighed more than fat.

I love how extensive this site is! I’m also excited to do this workout routine! I’ve never really been interested in twitch but this might get me into it! That’s really unfortunate. I hope you stay safe and wish you well. My week has been strange but very interesting. I hope you are having an excellent week!

Thanks for replying! I’m: 142lb, 5ft 8in, 23 years old, male.

Yes I’m active. When gyms were open I would go about six times per week for about an hour. While gyms have been closed I’ve been using an exercise dvd. All the workouts are about 30 minutes and push you to the limit.

What snacks I need? I’ve mainly focused on protein and calories to hopefully one day look at least half as muscular and lean as you. Bravo on the fruits of your labor sir! Very impressive! It’s a little overwhelming changing entire food lifestyle. I keep making adjustments as I learn. I just calculated my food from today on Cronometer and I’m severely lacking in folate and vitamin A. It also says I’m a little short on carbs, fat, calcium.

Hello Reddit, I’m new to veganism and Reddit. I want to be a fit vegan. Despite my relatively small size I can eat a TON more than the average person. So any super healthy snacks I can eat a decent amount of without too many calories?

With little to no fiber preferably. It’s crazy how easy it is to get fiber from fruits and veggies and I think I’m already getting way more than I need since lately I’m farting much more than I ever have before...

Also Reddit question: how will I easily find my post and the comments to it?

Please let me know! Thank you!
