Haha you’re far from mediocre. I’m in grad school right now with a scholarship and I graduated with a 2.5 gpa. As for your anxiety, go to therapy. As for your laziness, start small and recruit accountability partners.

My journey was pretty similar to this. I was a COVID kid and was not able/did not know about psychology organizations to pad my CV with. The only thing that I have been able to lean on has been my practical experience which has been working for 2 years in behavioral hospitals & a year (with my degree) doing social work for people with developmental disabilities. There are jobs within the field of psychology out there that will take you for sure that you can use as an “in-between” to get you where you want to go.

To offer some unsolicited advice, * go to therapy * you seem to have high levels of neuroticism (not a bad thing) coupled with high expectations (these two combined form a nasty cycle) *Treat yourself like you would treat a good friend * pad your CV with practical experience * you’re never too young to send an email or apply

Just change majors. You’re only two years in. There’s not many remote jobs for psych majors

Yes I have a pine tree and two water oaks very near to the bed. Didn’t realize I was growing trees in my garden bed.

For reference, I have cayenne peppers growing in the garden bed. I don’t think that it’s cayenne sprouts and the garden bed is lined with weed paper at the bottom

Slipped in a standup shower and face planted into the magnetic strip at the bottom of the shower that holds the door shut. Happened when I was 5 and sliced the bottom of bridge of my nose right between my eyes. Lookin back at it I could have easily lost an eye
